Talent Manager

LOS ANGELES OR NEW YORK CITY

Role and Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a roster of talent

  • Roadmap roster’s longterm career goals and advise on strategy

  • Handle all talent’s brand relationships and ensure all agreements are favorable

  • Seek opportunities for talent to grow their streams of revenue

  • Facilitate broader conversations between brands and talent managers to optimize the larger roster

  • Manage Talent Coordinator as team scales

Background Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience in talent management or relevant field

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

  • Knowledge and connections within social media, talent management, agencies, and brand spheres

  • A positive mindset, strong work ethic, drive to collaborate, and sense of humor encouraged

  • BA or 4 year college degree preferred, but not required

Talent Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to a Senior Talent Manager and their roster of talent

  • Manage inbound inquiries through talent inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses

  • Coordinate and execute brand campaigns in partnership with talent, agencies, and brand partners

  • Oversee gifting initiatives and event attendance opportunities for talent

  • Track and report on campaign performance, delivering clear analytics and insights to clients

  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance to ensure all financial and administrative records are accurate and up to date

Background Requirements

  • 1-3+ years experience in talent management or relevant field

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

  • Knowledge and connections within social media, talent management, agencies, and brand spheres

  • A positive mindset, strong work ethic, drive to collaborate, and sense of humor encouraged
